    Tom teaching is based on the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Yoga as developed by T. Krishnamacharya (father of modern yoga).

     

    Expect Japa Mantra, Asana practice, breath control exercises, practice of withdrawal of the senses (Pratyahara), one pointed focus (Dharana), and Meditation (Dhyana). Positive hands-on adjustments, props and music.

     

    Tom works mainly with private and corporate clients.

    6th December 2015 - 200 hour Teacher Training with Stewart Gilchrist and Amanda Denton (Yoga Alliance Certification)

    20th August 2016 - Assisting and Adjusting with Stewart Gilchrist

    19th August 2017 - Assisting and Adjusting with Stewart Gilchrist

    8th September 2018 - Pregnancy Yoga with Tara Lee

    Regular assistant to Stewart Gilchrist
